Keith Johnson is Head of Linklaters Asian corporate practice (ex-China) and is based in Hong Kong. He has 20 years’ experience in corporate finance in the UK, Europe and Asia with particular experience in financial services, telecoms and regulated utilities. Has worked on domestic and international corporate transactions as well as major international equity offerings for corporates and European Governments. Has over six years’ experience in Asia including transactions in Hong Kong, Korea, the PRC, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines and worked closely with telecoms and technology M&A in Europe before returning to Asia in early 2005.
