Jan Metzger is a Director and Co-Head of Credit Suisse’s Technology Investment Banking Group for Non-Japan Asia, based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Hong Kong office, Jan was a Director in Credit Suisse’s European Technology Investment Banking Group in London.

Jan has worked on transactions for established technology companies such as Axalto, Ericsson, Thomson, Hynix, STMicroelectronics and Scientific Atlanta, as well as for emerging growth companies. Prior to becoming a banker, Jan worked as a Management Consultant helping multinational companies to improve their operations. Before working as a Management Consultant, Jan worked in the software industry managing a software development team.

Jan received his MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge and also has a Bachelor in Economics and Computing from the University of Sussex.
