Simon Marchant is the managing partner for the firm’s Asia business and is based in Hong Kong. He specialises in UK and cross border M&A, corporate advisory and financings across a number of sectors.

Before taking up his role as Asia Managing Partner, Simon headed the energy and natural resources sector group, and before that, the telecommunications, media and technology sector group. Simon was previously based in the London office for many years and also spent time on secondment to Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.
