Sameer Nayar is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse and the Head of Real Estate Finance for the Asia Pacific region, located in Mumbai. Until March 2007 he was the head of large loan structuring and pricing and hi-yield distribution in the United States. He has also been responsible for setting up the Bank's real estate equity and debt platform in India.

Prior to joining Credit Suisse First Boston in 2001, Mr. Nayar was Senior Vice President at Moody's Investors Service responsible for CMBS ratings and was a member of the Global Ratings consistency committee at Moody's.

Mr. Nayar holds an MS in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Masters in Building Engineering from the School of Planning and Architecture, India and is a graduate of the Manipal Institute of Technology, India.
