Arthur is the Head of Singapore and Malaysia Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. He joined Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division in Singapore in 1996.
Prior to his current role, Arthur spent two years in Hong Kong as the department’s Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific ex-Japan. Some of the recent noteworthy transactions Arthur has worked on include the sale of the three power generation companies - Tuas Power, Senoko Power and Power Seraya - by Temasek Holdings, the US$1Bn rights offering by Neptune Orient Lines, bond financings for ST Engineering and PETRONAS; and various financing and M&A transactions for corporates.
Arthur has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
