Andrew Malcolm is Solicitor of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
Andrew is a specialist with over ten years of qualified experience in the international capital markets. His job scope includes: advising on equity and equity-linked securities issues in the Asian and Euro capital markets; advising on debt securities issues in the Dragon and Euro Bond markets; and advising on derivatives transactions, both listed and OTC, in Hong Kong.
Andrew holds a BA from Brasenose College, Oxford University.
