Please note that:
- Room reservations are to be made directly with the preferred hotel
- Delegates are responsible for all costs
- Only approved AIBC delegates are entitled to take advantage of these rates
- Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis
To confirm your reservation, please download, complete and return (via fax or email) the attached booking form for your preferred hotel. The organisers will not be responsible for coordinating the booking
For any concerns or questions regarding accommodation or transfers, special requests or any other enquiries, please liaise directly with the relevant hotels
You will receive hotel and transfer confirmation directly from the relevant hotel. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully as they explain clearly the deposit and cancellation clauses pertaining to the booking. These will vary between different forms of accommodation
General Hotel Term and Conditions
Please carefully note the following:
- A “no show” charge up to the entire reservation period (dependent on respective hotel – see individual booking forms) will be automatically charged to a delegate’s credit card should the delegate fail to arrive on confirmed arrival date
- Any cancellation or amendment is required 48hrs prior to the scheduled arrival date otherwise a non-arrival charge will be levied
- If original length of stay is shortened, an early check out penalty will apply based on the exact number of nights booked prior to arrival and will be charged to delegate's credit card
Meals and Entertainment
A buffet lunch is included in the delegate fees and vegetarians have been catered for. In addition, there will be two tea breaks everyday
